HR Business Partner

Your role
- Act as a sparring partner for HR-related questions and ensure compliance with company values
- Contribute to organizational development, competence building, and change management
- Strengthen the employer brand and build a talent pipeline
- Ensure implementation and further development of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, competence development, performance management, and employee reviews
- Promote a positive internal culture and facilitate good communication
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines
- Use HR data to identify trends and propose improvement measures
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, offers, job descriptions, etc.
- Serve as a support and contact point for the centralized payroll department and external partners
- Support processes for salary reviews and bonus schemes
- Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and development of HR processes within the Nordic HR team
- Other tasks as requested
Ideal candidate profile
- Higher education in HR, organizational psychology, economics, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of broad HR experience. Relevant work experience can compensate for lack of formal education
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in an international/complex organization
- Operational and solution-oriented, but also strategic and analytical
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Able to build trust at all levels
- Experience in leading change processes
- Proactive and self-driven
- Comfortable with change and takes initiative
- Good digital (IT) knowledge and skills
- Fluent in Norwegian (or other Scandinavian language) and English, both written and spoken
