HR Business Partner

Your role

  • Act as a sparring partner for HR-related questions and ensure compliance with company values
  • Contribute to organizational development, competence building, and change management
  • Strengthen the employer brand and build a talent pipeline
  • Ensure implementation and further development of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, competence development, performance management, and employee reviews
  • Promote a positive internal culture and facilitate good communication
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Ensure HR practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines
  • Use HR data to identify trends and propose improvement measures
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, offers, job descriptions, etc.
  • Serve as a support and contact point for the centralized payroll department and external partners
  • Support processes for salary reviews and bonus schemes
  • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and development of HR processes within the Nordic HR team
  • Other tasks as requested

Ideal candidate profile

  • Higher education in HR, organizational psychology, economics, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of broad HR experience. Relevant work experience can compensate for lack of formal education
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in an international/complex organization
  • Operational and solution-oriented, but also strategic and analytical
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Able to build trust at all levels
  • Experience in leading change processes
  • Proactive and self-driven
  • Comfortable with change and takes initiative
  • Good digital (IT) knowledge and skills
  • Fluent in Norwegian (or other Scandinavian language) and English, both written and spoken
