Operations Team Lead
WITRON Group, a global leader in logistics automation, is seeking a Team Lead Operations to drive performance and team leadership at our fully automated distribution center for JUMBO Fresh.

Your role:
As Team Lead Operations, you will be responsible for managing daily activities in a fully automated distribution center powered by advanced material handling systems:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of around 30 FTE in a 3-shift operation,
- Ensure smooth execution of automated warehouse processes,
- Use KPIs to drive performance and identify improvement opportunities,
- Oversee shift handovers, start-ups, and closures,
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization,
- Conduct performance reviews and development conversations with team members.
Ideal profile:
- MBO level 4 or HBO degree in logistics, process technology (VAPRO B), industrial engineering, or a related field,
- Background in logistics, industrial engineering, or process technology,
- Proven leadership experience with frontline teams, warehouse staff, or technical operators,
- Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and lean manufacturing principles,
- Ability to maintain operational oversight in a fast-paced, automated environment,
- Strong skills in prioritization, problem-solving, and structured thinking,
- Resilience under pressure, with a focus on efficiency, clarity, and team coordination,
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; spoken Dutch is a pre,
- Valid driver’s license and access to own transport.
