Your role in our team

• Operate and monitor advanced automated warehouse systems to ensure smooth logistics processes.
• Take ownership for a designated area within the logistics operation.
• Troubleshoot disruptions, support fellow operators, and conduct quality control.
• Perform first-line maintenance to efficiently resolve technical issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment.
• Adjust system parameters for optimal performance and efficiency.
• Work comfortably at heights (e.g., on elevated platforms or mezzanines) as part of system monitoring and maintenance, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.]
• Contribute proactively to process improvements and collaborate with team members.

Ideal candidate profile

• MBO 3 diploma, degree in technical school or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical, warehouse or logistics environment (preferred). However, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated candidates eager to learn and grow.
• Strong team spirit – you enjoy working and growing together with colleagues.
• Technical mindset – interested in warehouse automation and logistics technology.
• Proactive attitude – eager to learn, problem-solve, and take initiative.
• Willingness to grow – open to developing skills for advanced technical roles.
