Your role in the team:
- You are hands-on and responsible for guiding and motivating a team of maintenance technicians, setting the right example
- You monitor the execution of tasks and improve the follow-up of work processes
- You correctly process orders in Witool (correct order type, quality, correct pick registration)
- You communicate proactively with your team, provide feedback, organize work meetings, and ensure proper (digital) documentation
- You promote a tidy (5S) and safe working environment and act appropriately in case of violations
- You lead in addressing disruptions and coordinate planned maintenance of the machinery
- You are responsible for starting up, closing, and handing over the shift
- You have VP status/ET2
- You contribute ideas for improvements and share them with your team or manager (PR04)
- You conduct performance and evaluation interviews and work on reducing absenteeism
- You motivate and develop your team to a higher level using the Skill Matrix
Who are we looking for:
- You have completed a level 4 vocational education (MBO 4) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
- You have experience in an industrial production or technical environment
- You have experience leading maintenance technicians
- You are interested in learning about TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- You can maintain oversight in a dynamic and technical environment
- You are strong in setting priorities, thinking ahead, and being solution-oriented
- You are stress-resistant and provide structure and clarity in tasks
- You have good command of English, both spoken and written
- You have a driver’s license and your own transportation
