Join Our Team as a Recruiter - Help Us Find Top Talent!

Salary Range- $60k-$65k 

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to support our growing U.S. operations. You'll work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans to meet workforce demands. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and screening to interviewing and making offers-while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

As a Recruiter, you will:

  • Manage fast-paced, high-volume, recruitment for multiple locations across the U.S.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, phone screenings and interview scheduling for open roles.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional, networks, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure adherence to established timelines.
  • Ensure there is traction in the hiring process and that there is open communication internally and externally at every stage.
  • Manage workflows to ensure Applicant Tracking System data is up to date and accurate.
  • Providing timely feedback and communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and provide staffing report weekly.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in the logistics, manufacturing, or technical industries, preferred
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple roles across different locations
  • Strong relationship building skills with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws pertaining to recruiting
  • Capacity to prioritize, multitask, and deliver on expectations
  • Experienced with using applicant tracking systems and strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Occasional travel may be required (less than 20%)
