As an IT Junior Developer dedicated to our Cardinal Health customer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our WITRON AIMS solutions. This position combines hands-on development with analytical problem-solving to ensure smooth operations across 50+ sites. You will collaborate with global professionals, work on cutting-edge technologies, and deliver solutions that make a real impa

 

As an IT Developer, you will:

  • Develop, debug, and maintain software components for WITRON systems used by Cardinal Health.
  • Investigate and resolve issues reported by customers, performing root cause analysis using database queries, log files, and code reviews.
  • Implement change requests, fix bugs, and create automated tests to ensure system reliability.
  • Support continuous software enhancements and new technology deployments.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to clarify issues and deliver solutions.
  • Gain deep knowledge of WITRON AIMS-WMS and related technologies to provide expert-level support.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills (C++, C#, React, or similar languages).
  • Experience with databases, debugging, and automated testing.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global team.
  • Willingness to learn WITRON systems and adapt to new technologies.

Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience combined with some educational experience
    • 1-2 years’ of experience with Application Software Development based on Microsoft Client – Server architecture and Databases
    • Experience should include project design, coding, testing, delivery and technical documentation.

Travel:

  • Projects are all over the globe and so is the need see your work in action: Must be able to travel locally and internationally (up to 10%). Travel times fluctuate based on project needs and are always communicated ahead of time. Personal planning is considered during travel planning as much as possible.
  • This is primarily an in-office position. Occasional remote work is available after 6 months and depends on individual work style, performance, and gained knowledge.
