Customer Experience Specialist

Join WITRON as a Customer Experience Specialist!

We’re seeking a motivated entry-level candidate ready to take on responsibility and grow within our organization! This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual ready to take on responsibility and grow professionally. In this multi-functional role, you’ll support our national Spare Parts program by processing orders, managing customer communications, and ensuring timely fulfillment. Daily tasks include order entry, receiving, and customer service.  

Pay Range: $50k-60k annually

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will:

  • Creating new spare part and/or repair orders from customers
  • Processing orders as they move to fulfillment
  • Corresponding with customers via email and phone calls
  • Aiding in prioritizing and escalating customer orders
  • Generating repair authorizations from various vendors
  • Managing open orders/repairs and determining contingency plans  
  • Physically and virtually receive and ship parts/repairs 
  • Physically and virtually shipping items to customers and vendors
  • Working with procurement to fulfill orders
  • Work in cooperation with German counterparts
  • Customer service on all in process orders
  • Maintain and improve repair supply chain
  • Supporting customer repair order processing
  • Support other Supply Chain colleagues needs 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience with electro/mechanical products a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience with SAP a plus  
  • Experience with forklifts and other MHE (operation, training, inspections), a plus
  • German language a plus
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required (Minimal)
  • Continuous walking, climbing and standing
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
